Luhansk Terrorists Kidnapped and Tortured to Death 64-year-old Historian Volodymyr Semystiaha

Volodymyr Semystiaha died in captivity of the militant group "LPR" (the Luhansk People's Republic). He was a historian, professor of the Lugansk State University, and chairman of the regional organization of Prosvita (Enlightenment).

This was reported by journalist Vsevolod Filimonenko and other social network users from Luhansk, Censor.NET reports, citing Radio Svoboda.

On June 23, the militants arrested 64-year-old Semistyaha and held in captivity in the building of the Regional State Administration. The professor had heart problems, so in the evening of June 27 he suffered an attack.
