Russia Transfers to Ukraine New Terrorists and Weapons under the Guise of Humanitarian Aid - NSDC

Russia continues to support militants in Donbas, pretending that its military supplies are humanitarian aid.

Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Andrii Parubii announced this at a press briefing on Friday, Ukrainska Pravda informs.

"Now, as border control has become more tough, supplies for the militants are now carried out under the guise of humanitarian aid," Parubii said.

"When Putin and other Russian officials talk about the need for humanitarian assistance to Ukraine and send such a "humanitarian aid", it is only a disguise for attempts to transfer new divisions of Russian militants, officers of the Main Intelligence Directorate, and weapons," he added.
