DPR Militants Fighting between Themselves. Part of the Vostok Batallion went under Girkin's Command - Russian Media

Commander of the separatist DPR Vostok (East) Batallion Oleksander Khodakovskyi on Wednesday evening relocated to Makiivka.

This is reported by Russian media, citing a source in the headquarters of the terrorists, Censort.NET writes.

According to him, the reason for this was a conflict with the so-called "defense minister" of the DPR saboteur Russian Igor Girkin (Strelok/Shooter). As the source noted, Aleksander Khodakovskyi barricaded himself in a building of Makiivvuglia.

There is also information that a large part of the Vostok soldiers left the unit came under the command of Girkin.

"The outflow of people from Vostok is large. Only the people who previously served in the Security Service of Ukraine and other Ukrainian agencies remain loyal to him (Khodakovskyi)," the source said.

Note that the Vostok is the only terrorist unit stationed in Donetsk that had not taken a military oath of the armed formations of the DPR under the command of Girkin.
