Terrorists Tried to Shoot Down Ukrainian Plane over Khartsyzsk Using Buk System. The Aircraft Shook off the Lock-on and Landed in Estimated Area
The terrorists tried to down Ukrainian plane over Khartsyzsk town today. The aircraft has cleared off the lock-on of the missile launched from Buk launch system vehicle.
ATO Speaker Oleksii Dmytrashkivskii reports this, Censor.NET informs, citing UNIAN.
"This information (about a Ukrainian plane downed by the terrorists, - Ed.) is unreliable. There were no downed aircrafts. Our plane got to the pointing of Buk system during the flyoff but the plane safely shook off the lock-on and landed in the schedule area," Dmytrashkivskii said. The ATO speaker explained that people could mix up white marks in the sky with parachutists.

Earlier, several media reported refering to eyewitnesses that a Ukrainian plane was hit in the area of Khartsyzsk.
