Ukrainian Army reports three servicemen killed, five traumatized in action yesterday, - ATO HQ

Three Ukrainian military personnel were killed and five received combat traumas in the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) on Jan. 17.

"Unfortunately, one serviceman was killed in enemy shelling. We are sad to report that two servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine received fatal injuries in a blast of an unidentified explosive device triggered by their armored vehicle. Five more soldiers were traumatized in that explosion. We offer our condolences to the relatives and friends of the defenders who gave up their lives for Ukraine," the casualty report reads.
As reported, the combined Russian and terrorist forces attacked Ukrainian troops three times on Jan. 16.
