Ukrainian army reports no fatalities in past day, one military injured in 10 militants’ attacks, - ATO HQ

In the past 24-hour period, the combined Russian and terrorist forces committed 10 attacks on Ukrainian troops in the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) zone using heavy mortars which had to be withdrawn from the demarcation line long time ago.
Censor.NET reports citing the latest update by the ATO headquarters press center as of Feb. 18, 2018.
"In Luhansk section of the frontline, the enemy committed attacks near Krymske, Troitske, Novoluhanske, and Zaitseve villages using mortars of various calibers. The invaders fired upon the Ukrainian troops on the outskirts of Luhanske village with grenade launchers of various types and large-caliber machine guns. The illegal armed groups employed small arms and machine guns against the defenders of Novooleksandrivka and Stanytsia Luhanska.
"In Donetsk direction, the enemy bombarded the Ukrainian servicemen deployed in the vicinity of Shyrokyne village in the littoral area of the Sea of Azov with 120-mm mortars.
"A total of 10 deliberate attacks on the strong points of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were recorded over the past 24-hour period. One Ukrainian soldier received combat injury. He was taken to a field hospital and provided with the necessary treatment. The soldier is now in satisfactory condition," the situation report reads.
Earlier, the Russian mercenaries fired upon the Ukrainian troops 12 times on Feb. 17.
