Russian proxies attacked Ukrainian troops 52 times in past day, used banned heavy artillery, mortars, - ATO HQ

Combined Russian-separatist forces committed 52 attacks on Ukrainian military personnel over the past 24-hour period using weapons banned by the Minsk agreements.

"In Luhansk direction, the militants blanketed the Ukrainian troops deployed near Zaitseve village with banned 152- and 122-mm artillery, 82 mm mortars, and grenade launchers. The invaders also employed armament of infantry fighting vehicles and grenade launchers against the ATO forces’ defenses near Luhanske, grenade launchers – in the vicinity of Krymske, and large-caliber machine guns - on the outskirts of Stanytsia Luhanska and Novoluhanske villages.
"In Donetsk direction, the enemy attacked the defenders of Pisky with 82-mm mortars and banned 120-mm mortars, armament of infantry fighting vehicles, and large-caliber machine guns. The invaders fired upon the defenders of Vodiane, Marinka, Verkhniotoretske, Avdiivka, Butivka, Hnutove, Kamianka, Novotroitske, and Shyrokyne with grenade launchers of various systems and small arms. Moreover, the militants employed armament of armored personnel carriers against the ATO forces’ defenses near Vodiane, IFV armament - near Talakivka and Hnutove, large-caliber machine guns - in the vicinity of Lebedynske, Marinka, Talakivka, Pyshchevyk and Pavlopil. Defenders of Nevelske, Opytne, Lebedynske, Hnutove and Talakivka also came under small arms fire. Sniper attacks were recorded near Shyrokyne.
Earlier, Russian terrorists attacked Ukrainian troops 59 times on April 15.
