Kerry to Lavrov: Foreign Troops and Weapons Should Be Withdrawn from Ukraine

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry stated after meeting with his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov, Censor.net reports citing bloomberg.com

All 12 paragraphs of Minsk cease-fire agreement should be implemented, Kerry and Lavrov discussed at the meeting, as reported by Kerry. The parties also talked about all aspects required to reach progress in Ukrainian crisis solution.
All foreign troops and heavy equipment should be pulled back from Ukraine, Kerry said. All prisoners should be released, including pilot Nadiia Savchenko, he added.

U.S. Secretary of State noted that Ukraine's sovereignty should be restored along the border with Russia, and the border itself should be closed and controlled properly.
