Ukrainian army reports two soldiers wounded in Donbas since midnight amid eight attacks by Russian mercenaries

Censor.NET reports citing the statement by the JFO headquarters press center.

"Russian occupation forces fired upon the Ukrainian servicemen deployed near Krymske, Novoluhanske, Lebedynske, Hnutove and Shyrokyne eight times today. The occupiers also bombarded our positions near Vodiane with 82-mm mortar.

"Two our soldiers have been wounded since midnight," the latest update says.

Intelligence sources indicate five invaders eliminated and another four wounded in retaliation fire on Aug. 2.
