"Russian naval base will no longer be in Sevastopol after we return Crimea!" - Poroshenko initiates removal of provision on Russian Black Sea Fleet from Ukraine’s Constitution

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko said delivering a speech in the Verkhovna Rada, Censor.NET reports.

"It is proposed to delete from the Constitutionthe the provision allowing the Black Sea Fleet to be based in Ukraine. The Russian [naval] base will no longer be in Sevastopol after we return Crimea!" he wrote on social media.
