No Ukrainian soldier killed or injured in Donbas on Sunday amid seven attacks by Russian proxies, - JFO center
The intensity of hostilities in the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) zone significantly decreased over the past 24-hour period.
As reported by Censor.NET citing the latest update by the JFO headquarters press center as of Dec. 2, the Russian-led forces used no heavy weapons banned by the Minsk accords in seven attacks on the Ukrainian troops which were all mounted at night.
The invaders deliberately fired upon the government forces’ strongholds near Stanytsia Luhanska, Krasnohorivka, Novomykhailivka, Slavne, Taramchuk and Lebedynske.
It is noted that the defenders of Taramchuk came under two attacks with grenade launchers and large-caliber machine guns. Moreover, combined Russian-separatist forces carried out provocation near Stanytsia Luhanska using large-caliber machine guns in order to disrupt disengagement of forces and hardware in this area.
"No Ukrainian soldier was killed or wounded in action over the past day," the report reads.
Intelligence sources indicate three invaders eliminated and five more wounded yesterday.
The JFO HQ also said that today, Dec. 3, the enemy bombarded the Joint Forces’ stronghold in the vicinity of Krymske village with 82-mm mortars inflicting no losses on the Ukrainian troops.
