Ex-Head of Officer Corps Center of the POW Release Ruban leaves Ukraine

Ruban was released from the detention as the did not choose the restrictive measure for him.

"He left the territory of Ukraine," the Prosecutor General’s Office said reminding that the court did not chose the restrictive measure for Ruban.

At the same time, Oleg Slobodyan, the assistance of the head of the State Border Service of Ukraine stated that the service cannot comment on the information on the crossing of the state border by people.

Yuriy Lutsenko, Prosecutor General, claimed that he had proof that Savchenko planned an armed coup d'état, which would have led to mass civilian casualties. In particular, according to the information of the Prosecutor General's Office, she planned to shell Kyiv with a grenade launcher. Furthermore, together with earlier detained Volodymyr Ruban she is suspected of an organization of assassination of Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko.
