Russia is preparing 12th Putin’s “humanitarian aid” convoy for the Donbas - EMECOM of Russia

Head of the agency Vladimir Puchkov announced on Wednesday, Censor.NET reports citing RIA Novosti.

"Now we are gathering goods according to demand to help residents of Donetsk and Luhansk, coordinating all the formalities with the Ukrainian colleagues. The convoy will be sent as soon as it will be ready," he said.
