Tymoshenko drives Porsche for $100,000 and rents 1,200 sq m estate from developer Nikonov at three times the lower price, - media

The lifestyle of one of the most influential members of the presidential team does not at least correspond to the "martial law" in which the country has been living for the tenth month.
This is stated in the investigation of "Ukrainian Pravda", Censor.NET informs.
So, at the end of June this year, the capital's cameras recorded the new Porsche Taycan of 2021, the cost of the car is about $100,000.
"The car was purchased on June 8, 2022, and already on June 25 it was recorded seven times during the day by the cameras of the Bezpechne Misto video surveillance system. It was seen on the Novoobukhivska and Staroobukhivska highways, next to the main settlement of Ukrainian millionaires - Koncha-Zaspa, or officially - Kozyn ", the journalists say.
The next day, June 26, the car is again in the field of view of the cameras several times.
In one of the photos taken at 4:00 p.m. in the urban-type village of Kozyn, journalists noticed a man behind the wheel who looked like the deputy head of the President's Office, Kyrylo Tymoshenko, with a woman in the passenger seat.
Journalists managed to get photos for other days from the "Safe City" system. The next time - on July 9, again on the weekend, the camera on the Stolychny highway captures a man behind the wheel - and again he looks like Tymoshenko.
After a few hours, the car returns - and again a woman is sitting to the right of the driver.
On July 17, the camera again captures a man who looks like one of the heads of the President's Office. And again on Sunday morning.
Later, a woman is driving the car, and the camera captures a man who looks like Kyrylo Tymoshenko in the passenger seat.
On July 23, a man who looks like Tymoshenko, while driving, again falls into the field of view of the cameras in the same area.
"On July 30, on Saturday afternoon, the camera captures the same man again behind the wheel. This time, the quality of the photo allows us to assert that it is Kyrylo Tymoshenko with his son," the journalists note.
You can also notice that there is a KMDA pass for the curfew period on the windshield of the car.
Journalists say that Tymoshenko driving a "Porsche" is in the field of view of the camera in August as well (at the wheel on August 6 and 7, weekends).
"The car belongs to Novem Logistik LLC, which is registered in Kyiv at the address Parkova doroga, 16a. This is the address of the Parkovy congress and exhibition center, where the Servant of the People faction regularly met until February 24. The sole owner of the company is non-public businessman Vemir Davityan
"UP" sources in political and business circles call Davityan an informal curator from the authorities of the Zaporizhia region," the article says.
Earlier, the mass media reported that Davityan visits the Office of the President and is in regular contact with the head of the presidential faction in the parliament, David Arahamiya. Arahamiya and Davityan explained such contacts as friendship. However, then Davityan refused to explain who he was visiting in the OP.
Journalists asked questions to both heroes of the material.
"Tymoshenko replied that the car was not his, and he really took it to Davityan, used this car 3-4 times and returned it several months ago. At the same time, the evidence published by the editors shows that there were at least twice as many such times. the car traveled the same route on other days, but the camera did not record the driver's face.
Also, according to "UP" sources in the law enforcement agencies, the car disappeared from the field of view of the cameras. For example, on June 26 at 4:18 p.m., a car was captured by cameras in the town of Kozyn, and the next capture took place already on August 9 in Kyiv at the intersection of Instytutska and Shovkovichna streets near the President's Office. This may indicate that the car could also have other license plates, or the cameras could not record the car for technical reasons," the article states.
At the same time, Davityan said that he gave the car for a "test drive" because it did not suit him. On the materials available in the editorial office from the cameras of "Safe City", Davityan was not recorded driving even once.
Journalists also learned that Tymoshenko settled in an estate of almost 1,200 square meters with its own access to the reservoir, which belongs to businessman Ihor Nikonov.
In a comment to the publication, Tymoshenko noted that he is renting the estate for security reasons, as his own residence is located in a dangerous place due to regular rocket attacks. He also agreed to show the lease agreement, which was concluded with Nikonov in July of this year.
According to the contract, the estate is leased by the wife of Kyrylo Tymoshenko. And the rent is 230,000 hryvnias per month, which at the current exchange rate is about 6,000 dollars.
After talking with experts, the journalists found out that the price for renting the estate is understated. The average cost of renting houses of a similar area in this cottage town can range from $10,000 to $25,000.
The authors of the material also note that Tymoshenko is a public curator of the construction sector, and Nikonov's business is in this area. To the question about a possible conflict of interests, the deputy head of the OP answered that Nikonov does not participate in state projects.
At the same time, a few weeks after our conversation, a message appeared on the page of Nikonov's construction company that two residential blocks of KAN Development had joined the state program "eOselya" - preferential housing mortgages.
"The editors do not know whether the deputy head of the OP could influence the joining of the company of the owner of the estate in which he lives to the state preferential lending program. However, it is obvious that all developers are currently in a difficult situation and to one degree or another need state participation, and which means the government's participation," the journalists added.
In a comment to the publication, Tymoshenko said that he and his family have the official wealth to rent the estate and buy a Porsche, if they decide to take this step. And this really coincides with the data of his previous declarations.
"Judging from the material, Tymoshenko used the car already in May of this year. It turns out that Tymoshenko, having enough of her own funds to buy cars, simultaneously used the humanitarian Chevrolet Tahoe for official purposes for six months and Vemir Davityan's Porsche Taycan 4S for at least two months on weekends. At the same time Tymoshenko and his wife, according to the data of his declaration for 2020, already owned BMW X5 2019, Porsche Macan 2017, Volkswagen Caravelle 2014," the authors of the material concluded.
