Cabinet of Ministers allowed import of drones from donors without guarantee letters
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine allowed the import of unmanned aerial vehicles from donors without issuing guarantee letters during the period of martial law.
This was reported by the representative of the Cabinet of Ministers in the Verkhovna Rada, Taras Melnychuk, Censor.NET informs.
The corresponding decision was made at the government meeting on Tuesday.
It has been established that during the period of martial law, the passage of unmanned aerial vehicles and their parts for civil purposes and dual use from donors (within the meaning of the Law of Ukraine "On Humanitarian Aid") through the customs border of Ukraine is carried out at the place of crossing the customs border of Ukraine by submitting a paper or electronic in the form of a declaration filled out by the person transporting the relevant goods, without applying measures of non-tariff regulation of foreign economic activity and without issuing guarantee letters.
