Attack on market in Kharkiv region: number of injured has increased to six

Six people were wounded as a result of the rocket attack on the market in Shevchenkive, Kharkiv region.
Dmytro Chubenko, the spokesman of the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office, informed Ukrinform about this, Censor.NET reports.
"Two women were killed as a result of the attack. According to detailed information, six civilians were injured, including four women, a 23-year-old man, and a 10-year-old girl," Chubenko noted.
As Oleh Synehubv, the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration said on the telethon "Yedini Novyny", the child suffered a shrapnel wound to the neck. The victim was sent to Kharkiv for surgical intervention.
The head of the RMA noted that the enemy deliberately chose the market for the attack. "If it weren't for the fact that today is Monday, there would be many more victims," Synehubv, said.
As reported, around 9:00 a.m. on Monday, Russian troops launched a rocket attack on the market of the liberated village of Shevchenkive, Kupiansk district. One person died on the spot, another died in the hospital. According to preliminary data, the enemy fired at the settlement from the S-300 air defense system from the territory of the Belgorod region of the Russian Federation.
