Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba and U.S. Secretary of State Anthony Blinken had a telephone conversation to discuss ways to strengthen U.S. and international support for Ukraine, including military assistance.

"I had a conversation with Anthony Blinken on how to strengthen American and international support for Ukraine, including military assistance. I stressed the need for Ukraine to receive Western-type tanks. We also discussed further sanctions against Russia. I am grateful to the United States for supporting Ukraine," Kuleba said.
In turn, Blinken reiterated that "the United States will not disappear, as well as Ukraine".
"As we approach the anniversary of Russia's full-scale invasion, I appreciate the continued close coordination and cooperation with Dmytro Kuleba and his team in Ukraine. In my conversation with the Foreign Minister today, I reiterated that the United States is not going anywhere, and neither is Ukraine," he tweeted.
