"At first, we came a long way. You know that the parties were close to at least a ceasefire. They announced it themselves, but now the war has dragged on, the conditions have changed," he said.
According to him, now everything has become more difficult.
"There are different dimensions. Unfortunately, many different areas for negotiations have appeared," Çavuşoğlu said.
