8 thousand volunteers have applied for "Offensive Guard" - Ministry of Internal Affairs
It was announced by Acting Minister of Internal Affairs Ihor Klymenko, informs Censor.NЕТ.
"At the moment, the National Guard has signed up the most volunteers, but there are more brigades. There are six brigades in the National Guard, one in the National Police, and one in the State Border Guard Service so far. Recruitment will last 60 days. This is not a steady process, we interview each volunteer, have a military medical commission, check their physical and mental abilities and conduct special tests. Because those who are going to serve cannot have criminal records," Klymenko said.
He noted that recruitment is based on an individual approach.
Klymenko also emphasized that the "Offensive Guard" will be focused on the liberation of the occupied territories.
