F-16 for Ukraine is very serious decision, it should be adopted by NATO, - Duda

The decision to supply Ukraine with F-16 fighter jets is an extremely serious step for Poland, and it will be able to take it only together with its NATO allies.
Polish President Andrzej Duda said this in an interview with the ВВС, Censor.NET reports with reference to LigaBusinessInform.
"The decision to transfer F-16 aircraft outside of Poland is a very serious decision, it is not easy for us to make it," said Duda.
He emphasized that Poland currently has less than 50 aircraft, and this is "definitely not enough" for the country's defense, so "serious problems are possible if we give away even a small part of them."
In any case, the Polish president said, any decision to fix the fighters "requires a joint decision of the allies, which means we have to make a joint decision."
At the end of January, Poland announced that it was ready to transfer F-16 fighter jets to Ukraine in coordination with its NATO allies.
