Operational information of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine regarding the Russian invasion as of 6:00 p.m. on February 13, 2023.

"The 355th day of Russian large-scale invasion continues. During the day, the enemy carried out 2 missiles and 16 air strikes. It carried out more than 15 attacks from rocket salvo systems. The danger of strikes by the Russian Federation remains high throughout the territory of Ukraine.
No signs of the formation of offensive groups were found in the Volyn, Polisssia, Siversk, and Slobozhansk areas. Certain units of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus and the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation continue to perform tasks in the areas bordering Ukraine. On the training grounds of the Republic of Belarus, combat training of the troops of the Russian Federation continues. At the same time, the enemy does not stop mortar and artillery shelling of the positions of our troops, as well as settlements near the contact line. During this day, the areas of Volfyne and Basivka settlements of the Sumy region and Veterynarne and Dvorichanske of the Kharkiv region were subjected to enemy shelling.
- In the Kupiansk and Lyman directions, the enemy fired tanks, mortars and artillery at the areas of Dvorichna, Synkivka, Kupiansk, Stepove, Kislivka, Krokhmalne, Berestove, Pishchane, Vyshneve, Cherneshchyna settlements of the Kharkiv region; Stelmakhivka, Makiivka, Ploshanka, Bilohorivka in the Luhansk region and Ivanivka, Spirne, and Rozdolivka in the Donetsk region.
- In the direction of Bakhmut, the areas of the settlements of Bilohorivka, Zaliznianske, Bakhmut, Oleksandro-Shultine, Ozarianivka, Diliivka, and Mayorsk were hit by mortar and artillery fire. Areas of 18 settlements came under tank, mortar, and artillery shelling in the Avdiivka and Novopavlivka directions. Among them are Avdiivka, Pervomaiske, Nevelske, Krasnohorivka, Mariinka, Pobieda, Bohoiavlenka, Novoukrainka, Prechystivka and Zolota Nyva of the Donetsk region.
- In the Zaporizhzhia direction, Vremivka and Novopil in the Donetsk region were damaged by fire; Olhivske, Huliaipole, Staroukrainka, Charivne, Mala Tokmachka, Novodanilivka, Novoandriivka, Stepove, Kamianske of the Zaporizhzhia region and Illinka of the Dnipropetrovsk region. In the Kherson direction, the city of Kherson again came under mortar and artillery fire.
There have been more frequent cases when mobilized servicemen of the Russian Federation, who are in units attached to the 1st Army Corps of the Southern Military District, refuse to go on the offensive. Because of this, mobilized men from the territories of the Donetsk region temporarily occupied by Russia are removed from the second and third lines and sent to training camps. There they are trained for two weeks and formed into assault units for offensive operations in the Avdiiv direction.
Due to a significant number of sanitary losses among the invaders, in the temporarily occupied Luhansk, a maternity hospital is used for the treatment of wounded servicemen of the Russian occupation forces. In addition, the premises of Children's Hospital No. 3 were also converted into a military hospital.
During the day, the aviation of the Defense Forces struck 14 areas of concentration of personnel and military equipment of the occupiers, and our units of missile forces and artillery hit 3 areas of concentration of manpower and the enemy's EW station," the information of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reads.
