Italy and France will hand over SAMP/T air defense systems to Ukraine, - Austin
According to the results of the meeting of the Contact Group on Defense of Ukraine (Ramstein-9), Italy and France announced the transfer of new SAMP/T air defense systems to Ukraine.
This was announced by US Defense Minister Lloyd Austin, Censor.NET reports with reference to Ukrinform.
"Today we heard about significant new contributions in the field of air defense, including from Italy and France, which jointly announced that they will provide Ukraine with the SAMP/T air defense system," he said.
