Russians have banned movement of residents of occupied Luhansk region without Russian passports, - General Staff
As Censor.NET informs, this was reported on the official Facebook page of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The message states: "Forcible passporting of the population of the temporarily occupied and occupied territory of the Luhansk region continues. Thus, the occupiers have imposed restrictions on free movement between settlements for all civilians who do not have a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation. Starobilsk, Rubizhne and Stanytsia Luhanska have been affected by the restrictions ".
