There is agreement on training of Ukrainian pilots abroad. Question of type of aircraft remains open, - Ihnat
Air Force spokesman Yurii Ihnat said this during the telethon, Censor.NET reports.
"We heard about the training of pilots and about some agreements with countries in the statements of various leaders of European countries, in particular. About the readiness to provide sites for training pilots. We know these countries. This includes Great Britain and other countries. There is a readiness, the question remains open about the type of aircraft . When this type is determined, pilot training can take place in various countries where this type of aircraft is in service, where there is a training base because there should be not only instructors but also flight simulators," he explained.
According to Ignat, this was also the case in the USA, the experience was studied.
"There are positive points in this, the level of training of our pilots who can be sent for training is assessed. And, as you know, such a list already exists.
Assessed as quite decent, tall..." added the Air Force spokesman.
