The information about 100,000 dead Ukrainian soldiers, which was previously published in the American Politico, does not correspond to reality.

This was stated in an interview with Interfax-Ukraine by Oleksiy Danilov, Secretary of the NSDC, Censor.NET reports.

"I declare to you with full responsibility that we do not have 100,000 casualties among the military. This is impossible. During the war, this is closed information, but 100,000 is completely untrue," he emphasized.

The Ukrainian military and the president themselves know the exact figure, as the NSDC secretary noted.

According to him, the ratio of losses is currently 1 to 7, 1 to 8, in some cases 1 to 10 in favor of the Armed Forces.

"After the 14th war, we knew how to fight, and Russia didn't have that. In many directions, they had simply crazy losses," he added.

Also speaking about the situation in Bakhmut, Danilov noted that the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation foiled the Russians' third plan of attack, which is why "the Russians cannot move on and are throwing their people into Bakhmut like a cauldron."
