Exchange of captives "all for all" will take place in stages, and not in one day, - Coordination Headquarters

If it is possible to reach an agreement with the Russian side on the exchange of prisoners "all for all", then the exchange will take place in stages.
This is stated in a message on the Telegram channel of the Coordination Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War, Censor.NET reports.
Relatives of the prisoners fear that Russia will exchange only those prisoners whose captivity has been confirmed by the Red Cross, and the rest "will be left to work in the mines."
"There are indeed risks. We take them all into account. All steps will be considered and conscious. If it is possible to agree on the exchange of "all for all", it will obviously take place in stages, and not in one day," the headquarters said.
ICRC employees reminded that official confirmations of capture come from the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation to the central office of the organization in Geneva and from there to the National Information Bureau of Ukraine (NIB). ICRC visits and questionnaires in places of detention are not official, but actual confirmation of capture: then the Red Cross informs relatives that the person is alive and in captivity," the coordination headquarters notes.
"The NIB can issue a relevant document confirming the capture when it is made by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. But any unofficial information about the capture is also useful for our work," - began the representative of the Red Cross.
It will be recalled that the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications of Ukraine Kyrylo Budanov recently stated that Ukraine is conducting negotiations on the exchange of prisoners with Russia in an "all for all" format and is already "getting closer to it."
