Russian troops are actively trying to take control of Avdiivka and Maryinka.

"The enemy aims to take control of Avdiivka and Mariinka. There are fierce battles there now," Malyar wrote in her telegram channel.
According to the official, the enemy is trying to capture Avdiivka. "But our soldiers are holding the line and controlling Avdiivka," she wrote.
According to the deputy minister, in Maryinka the enemy advanced into the city, fighting was actually going on in the center. "But our defense forces made the enemy's task very difficult. Faced with strong resistance in the city, the enemy directed its efforts to the flanks around the city - in the north and south," said Malyar.
"The enemy is suffering significant losses in these areas, both in manpower and equipment, but does not stop," noted Deputy of Reznikov.
