The Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Oleksiy Reznikov, reported on work on strengthening air defense systems in the largest Ukrainian cities, as was done in Kyiv.
As Censor.NET informs, he wrote about this on Facebook on the occasion of 500 days since the beginning of full-scale Russian aggression.
Reznikov noted: "For me personally, it was a time of re-evaluation of many things, awareness of mistakes and at the same time confidence that we will win.
I did not believe that the Russians would start shelling peaceful cities with missiles. Because it obviously contradicted their purpose. Therefore, I perceive reliable protection of our sky as a personal challenge. In Kyiv, we have almost solved this task. In Lviv, Kharkiv, Dnipro, Zaporizhzhia, Odesa - not yet, but we are working."
