All enemy attacks repelled in Bakhmut direction, AFU advances on Berdiansk and Melitopol - General Staff
The enemy continues to focus its main efforts on the Liman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka and Mariinka directions, and heavy fighting continues. About 30 combat engagements took place over the last day.

The enemy maintains military presence in the Siversky and Slobozhansky directions. During the day, it conducted an air strike near Hremyach, Chernihiv region. During the day, he fired mortar and artillery shells at more than 15 localities, including Bleshnya, Kostobobriv, Buchky in Chernihiv region; Holyshivske, Volfine in Sumy region; and Udy and Vovchansk in Kharkiv region.
In the Kupiansk direction, our troops are holding steadfastly. The enemy launched air strikes in the areas of Kolodyazne and Kyslivka in Kharkiv region. Krasne Pershne, Figolivka, Dvorichne, Kupyansk, Kyslivka in the Kharkiv region came under artillery and mortar fire.
In the Lyman direction, the enemy conducted assault operations during the day and tried to force our troops out of their positions in the area west of Spirne, Donetsk region, but was unsuccessful. He carried out air strikes in the areas of Novosadove, Ivanivka, Serebryanske forestry and Spirne in Donetsk region. More than 10 localities came under artillery fire, including Nevske and Bilohorivka in Luhansk region and Verkhnekamianske, Rozdolivka, Berestove, Veseloye in Donetsk region.
In the Bakhmut direction, under heavy fire from enemy aircraft and artillery, our defenders successfully repelled enemy attacks near Dubovo-Vasylivka, Donetsk region. The enemy launched air strikes near the settlements of Oleksandro-Shultine and Pivnichne. More than 15 localities suffered from enemy artillery shelling, including Kramatorsk, Chasiv Yar, Diliyivka, Pivdenne and Pivdenne in the Donetsk region.
In the Avdiivka direction, the Ukrainian Defense Forces continue to hold back the Russian offensive in the vicinity of Avdiivka. At the same time, the enemy fired artillery at more than 15 localities, including Keramik, Berdychi, Avdiivka, Vodiane and Karlivka in the Donetsk region.
In the Mariinka direction, our defenders repelled all enemy attacks in the vicinity of the town of Mariinka under hostile artillery fire. The enemy launched an air strike near Krasnohorivka, Donetsk region. He fired at more than 15 localities, including Krasnohorivka, Maryinka, Heorhiivka, Maksymilianivka, Pobeda, Yelizavetivka and Katerynivka in the Donetsk region.
In the Shakhtarsk direction, the enemy conducted unsuccessful offensive actions in the area of Novomykhailivka, Donetsk region. He fired at more than 10 localities, including Novomykhailivka, Vuhledar, Prechystivka, Zolota Niva, Shakhtarske, Makarivka in the Donetsk region.
On the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson directions, the enemy focused its main efforts on preventing further advance of our troops. It carried out air strikes in the areas of Rivne and Novodanylivka in Zaporizhzhia region and Kozatske in Kherson region. He shelled more than 20 localities, including Novodarivka, Huliaypole, Preobrazhenka, Orikhiv, Stepnohirsk in Zaporizhzhia region; Nikopol in Dnipropetrovs'k region; Beryslav, Vesele, Antonivka, Bilozerka in Kherson region and the city of Kherson. At the same time, the Ukrainian Defense Forces continue to conduct offensive operations at the Melitopol and Berdiansk directions, consolidating their positions, inflicting artillery fire, and conducting counter-battery operations.
