Russians launched fake about use of "Azov" and "Kraken" battalions to suppress protests in France, - CCD
As Censor.NET writes, this was reported by the Center for Counteracting Disinformation.
"The enemy is spreading a fake message that NATO is considering the possibility of using the Azov and Kraken battalions to suppress protests in France. For credibility, the propagandists refer to the supposedly official page of the Alliance, which indicates such a statement by NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg. However, this information does not correspond to reality, and the so-called official NATO page turned out to be fake," the message reads.
It is noted that in this way the occupiers are trying to discredit the Armed Forces, namely the Azov and Kraken military formations, and strengthen their propaganda argument that Ukraine is a puppet of the Alliance, which it uses for its own purposes.
It is emphasized that the Russian Federation may intensify its disinformation efforts against the background of the NATO summit in Vilnius.
We will remind that "Azov" is a brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine, and "Kraken" is an intelligence and sabotage unit of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
