Bulgarian Prime Minister Denkov on cluster munitions for Ukraine: Achieving success on battlefield during war is more important than conventions

Thus, regarding the US decision to provide Ukraine with cluster munitions as aid in the war against Russia, the Prime Minister of Bulgaria noted that "we are in a state of full-scale war."
"Therefore, when there is a war, conventions are important, but it is even more important to succeed on the battlefield," he emphasized.
Denkov added that decisions on cluster munitions are "politically sensitive," but noted that he did not want to "go deeper into this topic."
