At night, Ruscists hit center of Mykolaiv, there are injured, two people were rescued from rubble (updated)
This was reported by Censor.NET with reference to the head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration Vitalii Kim.
"Russians hit the city center. A garage and a 3-story residential building are on fire. Firefighters have arrived," he wrote.
According to the head of the RMA, nine people were injured, five of them children. Sometime later, Kim wrote that "there are dead".
The mayor of Mykolaiv, Oleksandr Senkevych, provided details of the Russian attack.
"At least 5 residential multi-story buildings were damaged (windows, doors, balconies, ceilings). They are currently disconnected from the electricity supply. A rescue and search operation is underway. Representatives of the city council are working at the site, offering people relocation. About 15 garages were damaged at the second address... Windows in several high-rise buildings were also smashed," added Senkevych.
At 06:14 a.m., Kim reported that the number of injured was 18, 9 of whom were hospitalized, including 5 children.
"Two people have been rescued from the rubble. It's a miracle that they were saved," Kim added.
