China and its leader Xi Jinping are "complicit" in Russian invasion of Ukraine, - head of British intelligence Moore

The People’s Republic of China and its communist ruler Xi Jinping are "absolutely complicit" in Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
This was stated by the head of British intelligence (MI6) Richard Moore in a comment to Politico, Censor.NET informs.
"When Putin invaded Ukraine, the Chinese clearly supported the Russians. They fully supported the Russians diplomatically, they abstained on key votes at the United Nations, they absolutely cynically echoed all the Russian narratives and techniques, especially in places like Africa and Latin America - blaming NATO and all that," Moore said.
It will be recalled that the head of the foreign intelligence service of Great Britain, MI6, Richard Moore, called on the citizens of the Russian Federation to "join forces" with his intelligence "to put an end to the bloodshed.
