The hearing in the case of Roman Chervinsky regarding the preventive measure in the Court of Appeal of Kyiv did not take place, because the case was not transferred from the Shevchenko district Court.

This was reported by public figure Roksoliana Khmara, Censor.NET reports.

"The trial did not take place. As usual, the case was not transferred from the Shevchenko court. The next one is on August 10," she said.

Also remind, that Roman Chervinsky gave an exclusive interview to Censor.NET, where he talked about the operation at the Kanatove airfield.

Earlier, the mass media reported that the Ukrainian military had been recruiting a Russian pilot for the hijacking of the plane for several months. Among them, according to the media, was Roman Chervinsky. Subsequently, as noted in the SSU, the "operation" was carried out despite the objections of the SSU and without the consent of the relevant state authorities. As a result, the enemy received data on the deployment of Air Force personnel and Ukrainian aircraft at the Kanatove airfield. This made it possible for the Russian Armed Forces to shell the airfield.

Later, the SSU informed Chervinsky about suspicion in the case of shelling by occupiers of the Kanatove airfield in the Kirovohrad region. He was detained in the Ternopil region.

On April 25, the court chose a preventive measure for Chervinsky in the form of arrest without bail. On July 19, the court once again extended Chervinskyi's arrest.
