Ukraine announced military threat in six Russian ports in Black Sea
This is stated in a message on the website of the State Hydrographic Service of the State Service of Sea and River Transport, Censor.NET informs with reference to ZN.ua.
"Military threat. The water area of the internal and external raids of the ports of Anapa, Novorossiysk, Gelendzhik, Tuapse, Sochi, and Taman," the message reads.
The warning was issued on August 4 until further notice.
It is worth noting that on July 20, the Ministry of Defense responded to Russian threats to attack Ukrainian civilian vessels loaded with foodstuffs. The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has warned that from midnight on July 21, 2023, all vessels sailing in the waters of the Black Sea in the direction of seaports of the Russian Federation and temporarily occupied Ukrainian ports may be considered by Ukraine as carrying military cargo with all the relevant risks.
It was previously reported that late in the evening on August 4, an explosion rang out near the Kerch bridge. Traffic on the bridge was blocked, and social networks wrote about hitting a tanker.
Also remind, that on the night of August 4, explosions rang out in Novorossiysk. The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation stated that the Armed Forces allegedly tried to attack the naval base. Later it became known that surface drones hit the Russian amphibious assault ship "Olenegorsky Gornyak" in Novorossiysk Bay. It was also noted that this is a joint operation of the SSU and the Navy.
