Head of Japanese Foreign Ministry Hayashi will arrive in Kyiv today and will meet with Kuleba
Japanese Foreign Minister Yoshimasa Hayashi will visit Ukraine today. In Kyiv, he will hold a meeting with his Ukrainian colleague Dmytro Kuleba.
As reported by Censor.NET with reference to RBC-Ukraine, this was reported in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan.
The meeting of the two ministers will take place in the Ukrainian capital on Saturday, September 9.
As noted in the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in his negotiations with Kuleba Hayashi will confirm his firm support for Ukraine.
The parties will also discuss Kyiv's participation in the work of the international community to "put an end to the Russian invasion of Ukraine as soon as possible."
Hayashi is accompanied on this visit by heads of Japanese firms, including Hiroshi Mikitani, founder and CEO of Rakuten Group ( 4755.T ).
"We hope that these companies will have the opportunity to directly listen to and communicate with the needs of recovery and reconstruction of the Ukrainian side, which will be the beginning of deepening the participation of Japanese companies in the future assistance in the reconstruction of Ukraine," the department said.
