Ukrainian troops liberated part of the village of Opytne near Avdiivka in the Donetsk region.
This was announced by the Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Hanna Maliar, during a broadcast from the Military Media Center, Censor.NET informs.
"There was movement in the Opytne district, the Defense Forces occupied part of this settlement," said Hanna Maliar.
According to the deputy minister, during the week, Ukrainian troops also had partial success in the Novomayorske district of the Donetsk region.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine are now establishing themselves in those areas where they were successful, Maliar added.
