Verkhovna Rada registred draft law, which removes all time obstacles in investigation of corruption crimes, - Shabunin
Draft law No. 10100 "On Amendments to the Criminal Code of Ukraine and the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine to ensure the effectiveness of criminal proceedings and prosecution for corruption crimes" was registered in the Verkhovna Rada, which removes all temporary obstacles in the investigation of corruption crimes.
This is stated in a Facebook post by the head of the Anti-Corruption Center, Vitaly Shabunin, Censor.NET reports.
"They will have to catch up with the corrupt who steal during the war for the rest of their lives. This is if we all try together as we did with the declarations," he writes.
The Verkhovna Rada registered draft law No. 10100, which cancels the statute of limitations (prosecution) for corruption crimes committed during the war and cancels the pre-trial investigation period until the notification of suspicion ("Lozovoy amendment").
"The draft law removes all temporary obstacles so that, if not this one, then certainly the next authorities will catch up with the scumbags who stole during the war (details - in the first comment). Let me remind you that the Rada has already canceled the "Lozovoy Amendment" for war crimes. Enemy of the Foreign Deputies they are ready to catch up. We'll see how about the internal enemy..." - writes Shabunin.
