OC "South" on reducing missile fire: Enemy is stockpiling supplies for "period of blackouts"

Currently, the Russian military may be trying to stockpile missiles and conduct additional coordination for further massive strikes on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure, as was the case last fall.
This was reported by the head of the Joint Coordination Press Center of the Defense Forces of Southern Ukraine, Natalia Humeniuk, on the air of the Yedyni Novyny telethon, Censor.NET informs with reference to RBC-Ukraine.
The officer explained what could be the reason for the recent decrease in the use of missile weapons by the enemy during air attacks on the territory of Ukraine.
"It is quite likely that there is a need to accumulate such reserves. Because although they did not have small reserves, they used them very "generously". And although production (rockets. - Ed.) exists, it is rather complicated and slowed down," Humeniuk noted.
At the same time, she drew attention to the fact that Russian invaders can stockpile missile weapons "for specific purposes."
"This may be related to the preparation for the so-called "blackout period" that they announced and continue to pedal on this topic," she said.
There is also an understanding that the Russian military needs additional coherence regarding such attacks. And with this, the enemy could have difficulties after the attack of the Defense Forces of Ukraine on the headquarters of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation in the temporarily occupied Sevastopol in Crimea, Humeniuk added.
"It is necessary to conduct pilot training, coordination with naval missile carriers, etc. And in the conditions of the downing of the "top" of the Black Sea Fleet, there may be certain difficulties," she explained.
