Man in Sumy region beat military recruitment center employee for conscription notice. He can go to jail for 5 years

A 44-year-old resident of Hlukhiv was hit in the face of a military recruitment center employee who wanted to serve him a conscription notice with his head. When proceedings were opened against him, he fled to Kyiv, but he was caught.
This was reported by the police of Sumy region, Censor.NET informs.
"The incident took place on July 12, servicemen stopped an Opel Vivaro driven by a 44-year-old man to check documents. Communicating with the driver, the employees of the military recruitment center suggested receiving a conscription notice. The local resident reacted aggressively, began to use obscene language and struck the soldier in the face with his head," the statement said.
The police opened proceedings under Part 2 of Art. 350 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine "Threat or violence against an official or a citizen performing a public duty".
After that, the resident of Hlukhiv fled to the capital and began to hide. But he was detained.
The court placed the man under round-the-clock house arrest. He faces restriction of liberty for a term of 3 to 5 years or imprisonment for the same period.
