In the Lviv region, all persons liable for military service aged 18-60 must have identity documents and military registration documents with them. Employees of the Military Recruitment Centre were authorized to check such documents.
According to Censor.NET, the relevant decision was made at a meeting of the Defence Council of the Lviv region.
On November 20, the chief of staff of the Lviv Regional Military Administration, Taras Hren, issued a corresponding order.
It is specified that persons liable for military service aged 18-60 in the territory of Lviv region for the duration of martial law were obliged to carry and provide, upon request, military identity documents and military registration documents (certificate of registration with a military recruitment center, military ID or temporary certificate of a person liable for military service) for inspection by authorized persons of the Military Recruitment Centre.
Also, employees of the Military Recruitment Centre were authorized to check the availability of these documents.
According to Hren, compliance with this requirement should be monitored by law enforcement agencies.
