"Broke in without documents and used force": Kosyno health complex in Zakarpattia is outraged by actions of TRC representatives. VIDEO

The Kosyno health and recreation complex, located in Berehove district of Zakarpattia region, is outraged by the actions of representatives of the territorial recruitment and social support centres. The action was organised by the head of the Transcarpathian RTC Andriy Savchuk and the head of the Uzhhorod TRC Igor Tyshchuk.

The administration of the institution states that on 7 December at 12:30, several dozen unidentified men in balaclavas and military uniforms with assault rifles broke into the territory of the complex. This is stated in a statement released on the evening of 8 December, Censor.NET reports citing Suspilne.

"At gunpoint, all visitors, including children, women and the elderly, were driven outside from the saunas and treatment rooms. In response to the request of the director of the complex to show his ID and relevant documents, he was physically assaulted," the administration of the complex said.

At that time, no more than 20% of the total number of visitors were men, all the rest were elderly people, children and women, some of whose husbands and sons are currently defending the country at the front in the Armed Forces, the administration added.

The statement also reads that "recently, similar actions by the TRC took place in sanatoriums and sports facilities in Uzhhorod, Khust, Mukachevo and Berehove districts. In all cases, rude, rude and disrespectful behaviour towards Ukrainian citizens, both men, women and children, was observed. In particular, here, without any explanation and without being served with summonses, armed men in balaclavas packed two employees of the complex into their bus and took them to an unknown destination."

In addition, the administration claims that the action was organised by the head of the Transcarpathian Regional Centre for Human Rights and the head of the Uzhhorod Regional Centre for Human Rights, Ihor Tyshchuk, who "inflicted bodily harm on the lawyer of the complex".

The administration of the complex appealed to the police, the Security Service of Ukraine and the State Bureau of Investigation regarding the abuse of power, infliction of bodily harm and kidnapping by the TRC employees.

Hanna Dan, a spokeswoman for the National Police in Zakarpattia region, confirmed to Suspilne that law enforcement officers had accepted the statement. The regional territorial centre for recruitment and social support refused to comment on the situation.
