Zelenskyy and Guterres discussed proposals to ensure safety of civilian navigation in Black Sea in phone conversation

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy had a phone conversation with United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres.

According to Censor.NET, Zelenskyy wrote about it on his Telegram channel.

"Had a phone conversation with UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres. We discussed proposals to ensure the safety of civilian navigation in the Black Sea," he wrote.

Zelenskyy also said that he had invited a UN representative to the fourth meeting of advisers on the implementation of the Peace Formula and thanked them for a separate plan for the winter season.

"Ukraine is also looking forward to the approval of the UN Humanitarian Response Plan for 2024," Zelenskyy added.
