Moldova joins agreement on creating register of damages caused to Ukraine by Russian aggression

On December 28, the Moldovan parliament decided to join the expanded partial agreement on creating a register of damages caused to Ukraine by Russia.

The Moldovan parliament said in a statement that the country's failure to join the treaty negatively affects its image and foreign policy.
"Our goal is to contribute to the investigation of crimes against humanity and document them," the statement said.
It is worth noting that Moldova is currently an associate member of the loss register. To become a full member, Moldova will have to pay an annual fee of €25 thousand to €30 thousand.
Earlier, 42 countries and the EU joined the register.
