Great Britain at UN Security Council: First of all, President Putin should be blamed for deaths of Russian citizens

том,фіппс

Russian dictator Vladimir Putin is responsible for the deaths of Russians in Belgorod.

This was stated by Tom Phipps, Political Coordinator of the Permanent Mission of the United Kingdom to the United Nations, at a meeting of the UN Security Council, Censor. NET reports with reference to  Liga.net.

"If Russia wants someone to be held accountable for the deaths of Russians in this war, it should start with President Putin. President Putin is responsible for sending many thousands of Russian soldiers to their senseless deaths," Phipps said.

He said that Russia, having failed to defeat Ukraine militarily, had turned to "indiscriminate attacks on civilians".
