In Kyiv, 20 people were injured, missile fragments fell in many districts, there are hits and interruptions in electricity and water supply (updated)

So far, 20 people have been injured in the missile attack on Kyiv.

This was reported in the telegram-channel by Mayor of Kyiv Vitali Klitschko, Censor.NET informs.

"Currently, there are three victims in one of the houses in Solomianskyi district of the capital. All of them were hospitalized. Medics are continuing to work at the scene," the statement said.

"There are 10 injured in a multi-storey building in Solomianskyi district, where a fire broke out as a result of a missile attack. Nine of them were hospitalized, one was treated on the spot. All emergency services are working," Klitschko said at 8:34 a.m.

In Kyiv, missile fragments fell in the Pechersk, Obolon, Holosiivskyi and Sviatoshynskyi districts, and according to preliminary reports, a civilian infrastructure facility in the Podilskyi district was hit. According to local authorities, there are interruptions in electricity and water supply in some places in the city.

"There are fires in several places in Podilskyi district. In Sviatoshynskyi district, a social infrastructure building was hit. In Pecherskyi district - there is a hit to the roof of a multi-storey building. And a call to another address. A warehouse is on fire in Obolonskyi district. In Desnianskyi, a fire broke out in a supermarket building. Emergency services are working everywhere," Klitschko later clarified

"As a result of the missile attack, the remnants fell on the roof of a multi-storey residential building in Pechersk district. In Obolon district, the remains fell on the territory of warehouses. Also in Holosiivskyi district - in an open area. Operational services are on the way," said Serhiy Popko, Head of Kyiv City Administration of Emergency Situations.

A few minutes later, he added that more debris had fallen on a residential building in the Pechersk district, and that there was also debris falling in the Sviatoshynskyi district. The information is being clarified.

Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko said that a civilian infrastructure facility was hit in the Podil district of Kyiv.

It was also noted that part of the objects and residential buildings in several areas of the capital are de-energized. In some areas, there is a temporary lack of pressure in the water supply network.

"Kyiv: due to the attack, there is a temporary power outage in some buildings in Shevchenkivskyi, Sviatoshynskyi, Holosiivskyi, Podilskyi and Obolonskyi districts. As soon as the security situation allows, we will turn the electricity back on," DTEK's press center informs
