Ukraine to take evidence of Russian aggression to international tribunal, - Military Prosecutor Matios
This was announced today at a briefing by the Chief Military Prosecutor Anatolii Matios, Censor.NET reports citing LIGABusinessInform.
"Ukraine has received and legally documented facts for the judgments in national courts with their further taking to the relevant international institutions including the international tribunal, as we are dealing with crimes against humanity and principles of international law," Matios said.
Clarifying the dates of the international tribunal, Matios noted the tribunal for Kosovo crimes was effected only 10 years after the events. "It's not about pace. It's about having enough evidence and presenting it to the international community. In order to make it clear, Ukraine will never forgive such an insolent, cynical and cruel treatment of its citizens," he stated.
