Air defense systems are first thing that is in short supply – Zelenskyy
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Ukraine is currently in short supply of air defense systems.
The head of state said this during a press conference in Vilnius, Censor.NET reports.
"We realize that there is a shortage of weapons in the world. There are not enough weapons for us, there are not enough weapons for the whole world, and there are empty warehouses and many challenges for the defense of many countries. That is why we are interested in co-production. We started this work with partners from the United States, with many companies, and continued this work with European partners. We will do this constantly, not wait until the entire deficit is eliminated by itself," he said.
"Air defense systems are the first thing that is in short supply. The fight against drones. I am glad that we have agreements with Lithuania and many other partners as well. I will not talk about the number of drones, but we are increasing our domestic production," the president added.
