Shelling of Ukraine
The settlements of Novoyehorivka, Makiivka, and Bilohorivka of the Luhansk region were hit by airstrikes; Torske, Klishchiivka, Andriivka, Bila Hora, Chasiv Yar, Kurdiumivka, New York, Novobakhmutivka, Orlivka, Tonenke, Krasnohorivka, Kostiantynivka, Novomykhailivka, Vodiane in the Donetsk region and Mala Tokmachka, Robotine and Novodanilivka in Zaporizhzhia.
More than 110 settlements in the Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhya, Dnipropetrovsk, Kherson, and Mykolaiv regions came under the artillery fire of the Russian occupiers.
The situation in the North
In the area of responsibility of the "North" OSGT in the Volyn and Polissia directions, the operational situation remains without significant changes.
In the Siversk and Slobozhansk directions, the enemy maintains a military presence in the border areas, conducts sabotage activities to prevent the transfer of our troops to threatening directions, increases the density of mine and explosive barriers along the state border in the Belgorod region.
The situation in the East
In the area of responsibility of the "Khortytsia" OSGT in the Kupiansk direction, the enemy launched 2 unsuccessful attacks on the positions of our defenders in the Sinkivka area of the Kharkiv region.
In the Lyman direction, our soldiers repelled 2 enemy attacks in the area of Terny settlement in the Donetsk region.
In the Bakhmut direction, the defense forces repelled 9 enemy attacks in the Bohdanivka and Ivanovka districts of the Donetsk region.
In the area of responsibility of the "Tavria" OSGT in the Avdiivka direction, our defenders repelled 9 enemy attacks in the areas of Lastochkine, Severne, and Pervomaiske settlements.
In the Mariinka direction, the defense forces continue to hold back the enemy in the districts of Heorhiivka, Pobeda, and Novomykhailivka, where the enemy tried to break through the defenses of our troops 44 times.
The enemy did not conduct offensive (assault) actions in the Novopavlovsk direction.
In the Zaporizhzhia direction, 8 enemy attacks were repulsed near Robotyne.
In the area of responsibility of the "Odesa" OSGT in the Kherson direction, our soldiers continue to hold positions and repulse assaults by the occupiers. Suffering losses, the enemy does not stop trying to dislodge our units. Thus, during the past day, the enemy carried out 8 unsuccessful assaults on the left bank of the Dnieper.
During the past day, the aviation of the defense forces struck 6 areas of concentration of personnel and 3 anti-aircraft missile systems of the enemy.
Another A-50 long-range radar detection and control aircraft was also destroyed by units of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
And our rocket launchers damaged 4 personnel concentration areas, a control post, 3 artillery pieces, an ammunition depot, and 2 Buk-M3 air defense radars of the enemy.
