Victory for Ukraine is to emerge from war as free, democratic, sovereign country - Biden’s adviser Sullivan
National Security Advisor to the President of the United States, Jake Sullivan, considers Ukraine’s victory to be the emergence from the war as a sovereign, democratic, free country.

"I said that today Ukraine must win. And what does this mean? It means that Ukraine will emerge from this war sovereign, independent, free, able to deter future aggression, with a strong, dynamic democracy, with deep democratic institutions, with an economy that is growing not only in traditional areas, but also in high technology, in areas where you are innovating, and even in the face of Russian attacks, you are innovating. That's what winning means," Sullivan said at a briefing in Kyiv.
Now, he said, "it has a crucial military dimension, which is getting the necessary support, supplies and weapons to Ukraine's brave soldiers so they can do what they need to do effectively on the battlefield."
"We have intelligence cooperation, we have economic cooperation, we have diplomacy, which we do together to work on democratic reforms and economic reforms. So this is a comprehensive, comprehensive and joint work of the US government, which our president has identified as a key priority of the United States to ensure that Ukraine not only wins, but succeeds," the US Presidential Adviser stressed.
